TL;DR

BestChat is cheap, and that changes how you should shop for an alternative. Its pricing page lists 1,000 AI chats for $30 a month. Of the seven alternatives below, only Shopify Inbox (free) and MooseDesk (unlimited AI replies, $0 to $49) cost less at that volume. Everything else costs between $199 and about $1,240 for the same 1,000 chats.

So switch for a named reason, not a vague itch. If BestChat's AI promises things you never approved, look at eesel or Gorgias. If the AI-to-person takeover is clunky, try Chatty, Tidio or Chatway. If email and social messages need the same inbox, move to Gorgias, Re:amaze or MooseDesk. If price is the only reason, start with Shopify Inbox.

If you want an AI that checks the real order before it answers and learns from how your team already replies, eesel's AI helpdesk teammate does that on Shopify. Question Beauty runs it on Gorgias and Shopify, and in one month it sent about 960 replies and looked up about 290 Shopify orders before answering.

BestChat alternatives at a glance

"BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat" holds 4.7 stars from 141 reviews on its Shopify listing. Here's how the seven alternatives and eesel line up against it. Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page or Shopify listing, checked on 22 October 2026.

The column worth staring at is "cost at 1,000 AI chats". BestChat sits near the bottom of it, which is the whole reason this post is organised around why you're leaving rather than which tool is "best".

Why Shopify stores look past BestChat

Credit where it's due first. BestChat is quick to set up, it learns your products, pages and orders on its own, and the paid plans are priced like nobody told the developer what everyone else charges. Reviewers keep mentioning the speed of learning.

Shopify

"It learns quickly, took about 3-5 days to learn my entire site and products as well as the most commonly asked questions."

BestChat's listing image of its agent console, with visitor and AI bot chat lists on the left, a shopping assistant chat in the middle and a Take over from AI button, as taken from the BestChat listing

The reasons people leave are specific, and they show up across the 141 reviews.

The AI commits to things nobody approved. This is the one I'd take most seriously, because it costs money, not just a sale.

Shopify

"It promised an immediate reshipment to a customer (even committed to delivery time!) when we were offline without any consent from us or notification afterwards - this has caused a big customer frustration and related financial loss."

The takeover from AI to a person is the weak spot. BestChat sells "smooth chatbot to agent takeover" on its listing, and that's exactly where two long-term reviewers struggled. One, back for a second try after two years, wrote that the chat app "needs much improvements especially taking over from AI on live chats (we lost many customers because of this)", per Que Shebley's review. Another said there were no alerts when shoppers arrived.

Shopify

"This app seemed to be great at the beginning when i was setting up, but i dont receive any notifications when folks are on the site."

The widget can get in the way on mobile. A store on the app for almost two years wrote that it "gets in the way of customers using the store, way worse on mobile", in Blitz Surf Shop's review. Another flagged that "the AI can be EXTREMELY slow", per CandyFavorites.

The plan caps move together. Each plan caps AI chats and the number of products the AI learns at the same figure: Basic is 1,000 chats and 1,000 products, Growth is 3,000 and 3,000. A store with 1,500 products pays for Growth even if it only gets 200 chats. Overage and yearly pricing aren't published.

It's a chat tool, not a helpdesk. There's no email or social inbox, and BestChat and its sister app SmartBot don't run together on one store, which a reviewer found out within three hours of install. My BestChat review covers all of this in more depth.

How I picked these BestChat alternatives

I work on SEO at eesel, so my habit is to start with what a buyer actually asks. I opened a fresh ChatGPT chat and typed what a store owner would: "I use the BestChat AI Chatbot + Live Chat app. I'm thinking about switching. What are good alternatives?" It shortlisted Tidio, Chatty, MooseDesk, Gorgias, Re:amaze, Chatway, Richpanel and Shopify Inbox. It also said BestChat's pricing is "relatively competitive", and that it would only switch if another app fixes a specific limitation. I agree, so I built the list around limitations.

I kept seven of its eight picks and dropped Richpanel, whose AI is a better fit for teams already on a full helpdesk (my Richpanel alternatives post covers it). Then I judged each one on four things:

  1. What the AI reads before it answers. Products and policies are table stakes. Past replies are what make answers sound like your team.
  2. What happens at handoff. Does the person taking over see the chat, the order and a summary?
  3. Whether it can check a real order, not only explain your shipping policy.
  4. What it meters. Chats, conversations, resolutions, tickets, visitors or seats all grow differently.
Hand-drawn decision map: leaving BestChat because AI promises things leads to eesel and Gorgias, takeover is clunky leads to Chatty, Tidio and Chatway, need email and social leads to Gorgias, Re:amaze and MooseDesk, want it cheaper leads to Shopify Inbox and MooseDesk
Hand-drawn decision map: leaving BestChat because AI promises things leads to eesel and Gorgias, takeover is clunky leads to Chatty, Tidio and Chatway, need email and social leads to Gorgias, Re:amaze and MooseDesk, want it cheaper leads to Shopify Inbox and MooseDesk

eesel has spent years putting AI on live support queues, and the lesson I keep seeing is that the reason for leaving predicts the right tool better than any feature list. A store whose bot over-promised needs guardrails and better training data. A store whose takeover is clunky needs a better inbox. Those are different products.

What would each alternative cost your store?

Pick your monthly AI chat volume. Each figure is the cheapest list price that covers that many AI chats, from the vendor's own pricing page. Where a tool bills per resolution, I've assumed every chat is resolved by the AI, which is the most you'd pay.

The honest read: you will almost always pay more after you leave BestChat. The only question is whether the thing you're buying (a better handoff, a real helpdesk, answers that check the order) is worth the difference. For a store that loses one $80 order a week to a bad AI answer, it usually is.

1. Chatty

Best for: stores that want the closest like-for-like swap, with live chat, AI and a light helpdesk in one app.

Chatty's inbox with conversation filters, Email, Messenger and Instagram channels with unread counts, and a list of customer chats, as taken from the Chatty listing
Chatty's inbox with conversation filters, Email, Messenger and Instagram channels with unread counts, and a list of customer chats, as taken from the Chatty listing

Chatty is the alternative ChatGPT called the "closest Shopify-focused alternative", and I'd agree. It has the highest rating in this list, 4.9 from 1,885 reviews on its Shopify listing, and does the same job as BestChat with more of a helpdesk around it. My Chatty review goes through it screen by screen.

What it does better than BestChat

  • A real inbox. Email, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp land next to the chat, with a help center and a mobile app.
  • A cleaner handoff. When a chat moves from AI to a person, Chatty writes an AI summary of the customer's issues for the agent, per its help center.
  • More sales features on Pro, including an AI shopping assistant, proactive messages and abandoned cart recovery.

Where it falls short

  • Every AI conversation counts against a quota, and extras are $0.40 each, so 1,000 chats cost $199 against BestChat's $30.
  • Training on past support conversations is listed as coming soon, so today it learns from store data, FAQs, pages and files.
  • The helpdesk is lighter than Gorgias or Re:amaze.

Pricing

From the Chatty listing, checked 22 October 2026:

Plus$199$2,039.881,000 a month$0.40 eachUnlimited

My Chatty pricing post works through the overage maths.

What merchants say

Shopify

"She quickly resolved two issues: the AI giving an answer that confused customers - it answered the question but then asked for their order numbers."

My take: Pick Chatty if BestChat's takeover is what's hurting and you want a proper inbox without moving to a full helpdesk. Above about 500 AI chats a month, check the overage against my Chatty alternatives list first.

2. Tidio

Best for: stores that want an AI agent, no-code sales flows and live chat from one long-running vendor.

Tidio's Lyro AI agent comparing medium and large sizes of a jacket on a product page and recommending a size with Add to cart and size guide buttons, as taken from the Tidio listing
Tidio's Lyro AI agent comparing medium and large sizes of a jacket on a product page and recommending a size with Add to cart and size guide buttons, as taken from the Tidio listing

Tidio holds 4.8 from 1,355 reviews on its Shopify listing. It's three products in one: a customer service inbox, Flows (rule-based bots for sales) and Lyro, the AI agent, which starts proactive chats on product pages and recommends products from what's in stock. ChatGPT ranked it "best overall replacement".

What it does better than BestChat

  • Lyro can act in Shopify. The Lyro plan lists native Shopify actions and Lyro Actions and MCPs, not only answers.
  • Flows for selling. Abandoned cart messages, discount codes and upsells run as visual flows, separate from the AI.
  • A mature live chat with operating hours, a live visitors list and a mobile app.

Where it falls short

  • Lyro is the expensive part. At 1,000 conversations a month it's $700, per Tidio's pricing calculator, and above 1,000 it moves to a custom plan.
  • The inbox, Flows and Lyro are priced as separate products, so the real bill is a sum.
  • Lyro learns from your knowledge and website, not from your past chats.

Pricing

ProductMonthlyYearlyWhat you get
Free$0n/aLive chat with 50 users, Flows for 100 visitors, ticketing, mobile app
Customer Service$29$290100 conversations; 250 to 1,000 conversations for $59
Flows$29$290Up to 40,000 visitors
Lyro AI Chatbot$39$390Up to 200 Lyro conversations, Shopify actions

Plans are from the Tidio listing. My Tidio AI pricing post covers the Lyro tiers in full.

What merchants say

Shopify

"We’ve been using Tidio’s Lyro AI Agent along with their automated Flows and have been very happy with the results. Our AI resolution rate is around 90%, which has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer service inquiries our team needs to handle manually."

My take: Pick Tidio if you want flows and an AI that can touch orders, and your AI volume stays near 200 to 300 chats a month. At BestChat-level volume the Lyro bill climbs fast. My Tidio review and Tidio alternatives go deeper.

3. MooseDesk

Best for: stores that want to keep costs at BestChat levels and add an email inbox.

MooseDesk's live chat handoff graphic where a shopper asks for a real agent, the bot says it will connect them, and an agent named Mabel joins the conversation, as taken from the MooseDesk listing
MooseDesk's live chat handoff graphic where a shopper asks for a real agent, the bot says it will connect them, and an agent named Mabel joins the conversation, as taken from the MooseDesk listing

MooseDesk is the only paid tool here that can undercut BestChat at volume, because every plan includes unlimited AI chatbot replies, per its pricing page. You pay for how many products the AI learns, team members and email tickets. It holds 5.0 from 486 reviews on its Shopify listing.

What it does better than BestChat

  • No chat meter at all. A store with 3,000 AI chats and 400 products can stay on Starter at $19.
  • Email and social in one inbox, with Messenger and Instagram, and email tickets from Starter up.
  • AI automatic handover to an agent is a row in its plan compare table.

Where it falls short

  • The AI learns from Q&A pairs, FAQ articles and products. Past tickets and website pages aren't on the list, per my MooseDesk review.
  • Ticket volume is capped at 300 a month on Growth and 2,000 on Business, and the overage isn't published.
  • The jump from Growth ($49) to Business ($249) is steep if you only need more seats.

My MooseDesk pricing breakdown has the full compare table.

What merchants say

Shopify

"Great app. I was able to train the bot with 120 common questions that answer probably 95% of my customers questions."

My take: Pick MooseDesk if cost is why you came to BestChat and you'd like an email inbox for the same money. Budget time to write Q&A pairs, because that's where its answers come from. My MooseDesk alternatives list compares it with the rest.

4. Shopify Inbox

Best for: stores whose BestChat mainly answers pre-sale questions, and who'd like to stop paying for that.

Shopify Inbox agent settings showing an AI sales associate persona and capabilities for product information, store policies and FAQs, customer personalization, order lookup and human hand-off, as taken from the Shopify Inbox listing
Shopify Inbox agent settings showing an AI sales associate persona and capabilities for product information, store policies and FAQs, customer personalization, order lookup and human hand-off, as taken from the Shopify Inbox listing

Shopify Inbox is Shopify's own chat app, and it now puts an AI sales associate on your storefront. It connects to your catalog, inventory and policies automatically, and you train it by rating its chats. It has the largest review base here, 4.6 from 5,806 reviews, and it's free.

What it does better than BestChat

  • Free, with no chat cap. There's no per-chat fee and nothing to upgrade.
  • No sync to manage. It reads your catalog and policies inside Shopify itself.
  • Personalised replies for shoppers signed in with Shop, plus order lookup and human hand-off in its capabilities list.

Where it falls short

  • It's a storefront chat, not a helpdesk: no ticket queue, macros or shared email inbox.
  • Recent reviews report wrong answers, and at least one merchant switched it off.
  • There are no sales flows, quizzes or proactive campaigns.

Pricing

Free. There is no paid tier and no per-chat fee, per the Shopify listing.

What merchants say

Shopify

"This app has the potential to be a useful tool but as forewarned, it can make mistakes, and it does. I have had to disable it due to repeated mistakes that have negatively impacted my bottom line."

My take: Try Inbox first if you're leaving BestChat to save $10 to $60 a month and your store is mostly pre-sale questions. Test it on your 20 most common questions before you trust it. My Shopify Inbox guide walks through setup.

5. Chatway

Best for: small teams that want human-led live chat on every channel, with AI added only where it pays.

The Chatway homepage with the headline Live Chat and AI Chatbot for Support and Sales Teams, tabs for AI Support, Live Chat, eCommerce and Integrations, and a product view of an AI reply about jacket sizing, as taken from Chatway
The Chatway homepage with the headline Live Chat and AI Chatbot for Support and Sales Teams, tabs for AI Support, Live Chat, eCommerce and Integrations, and a product view of an AI reply about jacket sizing, as taken from Chatway

Chatway, from Premio, is the pick ChatGPT called "simple, human-led live chat". It holds 4.9 from 287 reviews on its Shopify listing. The inbox shows the shopper's Shopify cart, orders and coupons next to the chat, and the AI agent is an add-on you switch on when you want it.

What it does better than BestChat

  • Better for the human side. iOS and Android apps, canned replies, and Shopify cart and order data inside the inbox.
  • More channels. Email, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram from the Business plan.
  • AI billed only when it resolves. The AI Support Agent is $0.50 per resolved conversation, with 10 free to start, per the pricing page.

Where it falls short

  • Conversation caps are tight: 50 a month on Free, 200 on Business and 1,000 on Plus. My Chatway review found that when the cap is hit, replies stop until you reset by paying the plan again.
  • At $0.50 per resolution, 1,000 AI-resolved chats is about $495, against BestChat's $30.
  • The AI learns from web pages, text, Q&A and store data, not past chats.

Pricing

PlanMonthlyYearlySeatsConversationsAI agent
Free$0n/a150 a monthAdd-on, $0.50 per resolution
Business$39$3722200 a monthAdd-on, $0.50 per resolution
Plus$199$1,908101,000 a monthAdd-on, $0.50 per resolution

Prices are from the Chatway listing. My Chatway pricing post has the per-chat maths.

What merchants say

Shopify

"After Shopify's Inbox sudden fall from grace, this simple and elegant app is being a life saver!"

My take: Pick Chatway if your team does most of the chatting and AI is a backstop, not the main act. If AI handles most of your chats today, the per-resolution fee will cost more than you're used to. My Chatway alternatives list covers similar tools.

6. Gorgias

Best for: stores whose email, social and order tickets have outgrown a chat app.

Gorgias chat widget showing a shopper's recent orders with In transit, Processing and Delivered statuses, Track and Report issue buttons, and a Start conversation button, as taken from Gorgias
Gorgias chat widget showing a shopper's recent orders with In transit, Processing and Delivered statuses, Track and Report issue buttons, and a Start conversation button, as taken from Gorgias

Gorgias is the default Shopify helpdesk, with 4.3 from 706 reviews on its Shopify listing. Email, live chat, SMS, social and voice land in one inbox with order history beside every ticket. Its AI Agent handles order, shipping and return questions and takes actions you control, and a separate AI Shopping Assistant answers product questions.

What it does better than BestChat

  • Order actions, not only answers. The listing says agents can edit orders, refund and cancel inside tickets.
  • Guardrails on what the AI does. You decide which actions the AI Agent can take, which is the fix for a bot that promises reshipments on its own. My post on Gorgias AI guidance explains the controls.
  • One queue for every channel, so a chat that becomes an email stays one ticket.

Where it falls short

  • Two meters on AI work: an AI-resolved chat is a ticket and an automated interaction. At 1,000 AI chats that's about $1,240 a month.
  • No free plan, only a 7-day trial.
  • More setup than a chat app: rules, macros and views take time to tune.

Pricing

PlanMonthlyTickets includedExtra ticketsPer automated interactionAgents
Starter$1050$0.40 each$1.003
Basic$60300$40 per 100$0.90Unlimited
Pro$3602,000$36 per 100$0.90Up to 500
Advanced$9005,000$36 per 100$0.85Up to 500

With AI Agent added, Starter is $40 a month for 30 automated interactions, per the Gorgias pricing page. My Gorgias pricing guide and Gorgias AI Agent pricing post do the maths by plan.

What merchants say

Shopify

"While the AI is not always fully accurate yet due to occasional hallucinations, we're hopeful ongoing improvements will help it provide accurate and helpful support the vast majority of the time."

My take: Move to Gorgias when support tickets are the bulk of the work and BestChat only covers the chat window. Don't move to it to save money. My Gorgias review and Gorgias alternatives cover the trade-offs.

7. Re:amaze

Best for: small teams running more than one store from one inbox.

Re:amaze live view showing a VIP customer profile, account details and recent page visits, with Message and Peek buttons, as taken from Re:amaze
Re:amaze live view showing a VIP customer profile, account details and recent page visits, with Message and Peek buttons, as taken from Re:amaze

Re:amaze is a helpdesk that puts email, social, SMS and calls for every store in one inbox, with 4.4 from 181 reviews on its Shopify listing. Agents can manage, modify and create Shopify orders from a chat, and the Pro plan adds multi-store support.

What it does better than BestChat

  • Multi-store in one account on Pro, which BestChat doesn't offer.
  • Order editing from the chat, so the agent who takes over can actually fix the problem.
  • Live View shows who's on the site and what they've looked at, so a person can step in before the shopper leaves.

Where it falls short

  • AI resolutions are per user: 5 a month on Basic, 10 on Pro and 20 on Plus, then $0.85 each, per the Re:amaze pricing page.
  • Every seat is a full price, so a 3-person team on Basic is $87 before any AI.
  • More helpdesk than a single store with a sales chat needs.

Pricing

PlanPer user, monthlyYearlyAI resolutions includedExtra resolutions
Basic$29$313.205 per user$0.85 each
Pro$49$529.2010 per user$0.85 each
Plus$69$745.2020 per user$0.85 each
Starter$59 flatn/a500 responded conversations, unlimited users$15 per 100 conversations

My Re:amaze pricing post covers the seat maths.

What merchants say

Shopify

"A great user-friendly help desk service. Streamlines all of our emails and calls into neat categories and saves our company a huge amount of time."

My take: Pick Re:amaze if you run several stores and want one inbox with order editing. For a single store whose AI does most of the work, the per-resolution fee adds up. My Re:amaze review goes deeper.

8. eesel

Best for: stores that want the AI to check the real order, sound like their team, and stop before it promises anything a person should decide.

eesel working with Shopify, looking up a customer's order and drafting a reply, as taken from eesel

eesel is an AI teammate you hire for a job. For a Shopify store, that's the AI helpdesk teammate: it joins the helpdesk you use, such as Gorgias or Zendesk, runs a chat bubble on your site, and uses the Shopify integration to look up the order before it answers. It learns from your past tickets, macros, help center and site, which is the gap the diagram below shows.

Hand-drawn comparison of what the AI reads before it answers: store content only (products, pages and policies, FAQ entries) for BestChat, Shopify Inbox, MooseDesk, Chatty, Tidio and Chatway, and store content plus past replies (products, help center, past tickets, live order lookup) for eesel

What it does better than BestChat

  • It stops at the line you draw. You set what it answers alone, what it drafts for a person and what it hands over. At Question Beauty, refunds, returns, complaints and chargebacks go to a person with an internal note of what the customer asked and what eesel found in Shopify. That's the fix for the reshipment promise in BestChat's reviews.
  • It checks the order first. At Question Beauty, for a delivery question it finds the customer by email, checks the order and fulfilment status, and answers with tracking if there is any.
  • It names its sources. At Cape Coffee Beans, which runs eesel on Zendesk and Shopify, answers link the product page, past ticket or Shopify order they came from, and if the knowledge doesn't confirm something, eesel says so.

Where it falls short

  • It costs more per chat than BestChat: 1,000 chats is $499 against $30.
  • It isn't a helpdesk. Chats it can't finish become tickets in the one you run, the way Beautek turns website chats into Zendesk tickets.
  • There's no Shopify App Store rating to compare, so the customer stories are the proof to check.

Pricing

From the eesel pricing page, checked 22 October 2026. A ticket or a chat is 1 credit, however long it runs, with unlimited agents and seats.

PlanMonthlyCredits a month
Free$0100 credits to try everything
Teammate$299500
Teammate$4991,000
Teammate$8492,000
Teammate$1,1493,000

What the numbers say

Between 8 August and 8 September 2026, eesel handled about 990 Gorgias tickets for Question Beauty, sent about 960 replies, looked up about 290 Shopify orders and closed about 280 tickets without a person, per its customer story. eesel runs every rollout against historical tickets before it goes live, and that's how I'd test any AI in this list. My guide to testing an AI agent covers the method.

My take: Pick eesel when BestChat is fielding support questions it can't safely answer, like "where's my order" or "can you reship this". If storefront upsells are the whole job, one of the chat apps above is a better fit for less money.

How to switch away from BestChat without losing chats

The switch itself is the risky part, so here's the order I'd do it in.

  1. Pull your top 30 questions from BestChat's chat history and AI Insights before you uninstall anything.
  2. Load them into the new tool, as Q&A pairs for MooseDesk or Chatty, or as help center articles for Gorgias, Re:amaze and eesel. My guide to training AI on past tickets covers what to include.
  3. Test on real questions, including the awkward ones: a late order, a reshipment request, a discount that expired. Watch for answers that promise something, which my post on AI hallucinations explains how to catch.
  4. Set the handoff rules before launch, so a person gets refunds and complaints. My chatbot escalation guide has a checklist.
  5. Remove BestChat once the new widget is live, so shoppers only see one chat. Two widgets in one corner is exactly what the Aura Circle review warned about.

If order questions make up a big share of your chats, my guide to WISMO automation covers how to handle them first. For more options, my lists of AI live chat apps and AI helpdesks for Shopify go wider.

Try eesel on your Shopify store

If BestChat's AI has ever told a customer something you'd never have said, the answer isn't a cheaper chat widget. eesel works like a new support hire who already knows your Shopify orders and your past replies: it answers the plain questions, checks the order before it talks about delivery, and hands refunds and reshipments to your team with a note. Connect Shopify and your helpdesk, then test it on your own past tickets before a single customer sees it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best BestChat alternatives for a Shopify store?

Chatty is the closest swap, with AI chat, live chat and a light helpdesk in one app. Tidio fits stores that want flows and an AI agent, MooseDesk fits tight budgets, and Shopify Inbox is the free option. Gorgias and Re:amaze fit stores whose email and social tickets have outgrown a chat app. My BestChat review covers what you'd be replacing.

Is there a cheaper alternative to BestChat?

Only two in this list cost less at volume. Shopify Inbox is free, and MooseDesk includes unlimited AI chatbot replies on every plan, from $0 to $49 a month by catalog size. Everything else costs more per AI chat than BestChat's $30 for 1,000. My roundup of Shopify chatbot apps lists more free options.

How much does BestChat cost compared with its alternatives?

BestChat lists Free for 80 AI chats a month, then $10 for 300, $30 for 1,000 and $60 for 3,000, with a $450 Enterprise plan on its own site. At 1,000 AI chats a month, Chatty is $199, eesel $499, Tidio's Lyro $700 and Gorgias about $1,240. My guide to chatbot cost explains why the meters differ.

Which BestChat alternative has the best handoff to live agents?

Chatty writes an AI summary for the agent when a chat moves to a person, and Gorgias keeps the handoff inside the same ticket with the Shopify order next to it. My guide to human handoff covers what a good takeover looks like.

Can I run BestChat and SmartBot or another chat app at the same time?

Not well. A BestChat reviewer found BestChat and SmartBot don't connect, and two chat widgets on one store compete for the same corner. Pick one, test it, then remove the other. My SmartBot alternatives list covers BestChat's sister app.

Which BestChat alternative can look up Shopify orders?

Every alternative here lists some form of order lookup, but they go to different depths. Gorgias can edit, refund and cancel orders inside tickets, Re:amaze can modify and create orders from a chat, and eesel checks the order before it answers. My guide to Shopify order data explains the setup.

How do I switch from BestChat without losing chats?

Export the questions your customers ask most, load them into the new tool, and test it on 30 or more real questions before you turn BestChat off. Then uninstall BestChat so only one widget shows. My guide to switching AI vendors walks through a phased cutover.
