7 best Chizy alternatives for Shopify AI chat in 2026
eesel Team
Last edited October 22, 2026

Chizy is hard to beat on price, and that should change how you shop for an alternative. Its pricing page gives every plan unlimited AI chats and charges by how many products the AI learns: Free for 200, $19 for 1,000, $69 for 5,000. For a 1,500-product store answering 1,000 AI chats a month, my calculator below puts Chizy at $69 and every paid alternative at $120 to about $1,243.
So leave for a job, not a price. If you want a better shopping assistant, test Tidio, Rep AI and Zipchat, with Chatbase if you want more control over what the AI knows and does. If the real work happens after checkout (orders, returns, email), you need a support desk: Gorgias or eesel. Shopify Inbox is the free baseline to beat.
eesel is an AI helpdesk teammate for Shopify stores: it answers on your website chat and inside Gorgias, Zendesk or Freshdesk, and checks the Shopify order before it replies. Question Beauty runs it on Gorgias and Shopify, and in one month it looked up about 290 Shopify orders before answering and closed about 280 tickets without a person.
Why do Shopify stores look past Chizy?
Credit first. Chizy learns your products, pages and policies on install, answers in 100+ languages, shows product cards with an add-to-cart button inside the chat, and holds a 5.0 rating from 131 Shopify reviews with a Built for Shopify badge. I'd install it on a new store without much hesitation, and my Chizy review gave it 4 out of 5.

The reasons stores compare it anyway are specific, and most come from Chizy being a shopping assistant first.
1. It's built to sell, not to run your support. Chizy's own site calls it "an AI sales and support chatbot", in that order. It learns from your catalog, pages, policies and a custom knowledge base, but not from past support conversations, so the answers your team has refined in email don't reach the bot. A US store found the edge early:
"If you're looking for specific answers, then you have to enter specific information, otherwise you'll go round in circles."
2. The helpdesk link is narrow and gated. The Zendesk integration opens a ticket with a summary and transcript, but it's on Growth ($69) and up, and there's no Gorgias integration in Chizy's docs. A 150-product store that wants Zendesk tickets pays $69, not $0. My Chizy pricing post walks through those gates.
3. Orders and handoffs have limits worth testing. The listing's data access panel says Chizy reads 60 days of order history. And if nobody joins a handed-off chat within 1 to 15 minutes (default 5), the live chat settings give it back to the AI, which is kind to the shopper until the shopper asked for a person.
4. The reviews are young. Chizy launched on the App Store on September 4, 2025, and 97 of its 131 reviews were written in the first week of use. The 5.0 mostly rates setup and Chizy's onboarding team, not a year of live traffic.
None of these is a reason to rip Chizy out. They're the reasons to know which job you want done better before you test anything else.
How I picked these alternatives
I build eesel's Shopify and helpdesk integrations, so I read every tool here by what its integration actually does under the marketing: what the AI reads, what it can change in Shopify, and where the conversation goes when the AI stops. I read each vendor's pricing page and Shopify listing on 22 October 2026, plus the docs and recent merchant reviews.
Before writing, I asked ChatGPT the question a store owner would ask: "I run a Shopify store and I'm using Chizy as my AI chatbot to answer product questions. What other AI chat apps should I compare it against before I commit?" It named Tidio, Rep AI, Chatbase, Gorgias, Zipchat and Shopify Inbox, which is a sensible list and the spine of mine. Its two best pieces of advice were to separate an AI shopping assistant from a general customer-service chatbot, and to run the same 20 to 30 real customer questions through Chizy and two finalists. I agree with both, so this post is built around them.
I added eesel for stores whose real pain is the queue after checkout. One rule I held: every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page or Shopify listing, never from a review site.
Shopping assistant or support desk?
This is the first decision, and it matters more than any feature list. ChatGPT's own framing was that some apps answer questions while others actively help shoppers choose. Chizy sits near the selling end.

The placement is my read of each product's own pages, not a score. If your chats are mostly "will this fit?" and "which one is better for me?", stay left and compare Chizy with Rep AI and Zipchat. If they're mostly "where is my order?" and "can I change the address?", move right, toward a tool that lives where your team answers email.
Here's the scale of that second job. A DTC supplements brand I spoke with on a sales call was running about 7,000 Gorgias tickets a month on 30,000 orders, and the ops lead wanted AI to resolve at least half of the email: where-is-my-order, subscription changes and basic product questions. None of that reaches a storefront chat widget. My roundup of AI helpdesks for Shopify covers that side, and my guide to WISMO automation covers the order-status flood.

What will each one cost as your store grows?
Entry prices tell you almost nothing here, because these eight tools meter eight different things. This is the one diagram I'd want in front of me before a trial.

The meter decides which kind of growth hurts. A Black Friday spike costs nothing extra on Chizy, but adding 4,000 products moves you from Growth ($69) to Scale ($199). Zipchat is the opposite: catalog size is free, but a chatty customer who asks three follow-ups uses three replies. Rep AI meters both, since every listed plan caps products and visitors. My post on deflection vs resolution explains why these units aren't interchangeable.
Plug your own numbers in. Every figure is a list price from the vendor's own page on 22 October 2026.
At the default numbers, Chizy is the cheapest paid option by a wide margin. Slide the catalog past 25,000 products and it jumps to Enterprise, from $399. Slide chats past 3,000 and the per-chat tools start to look expensive fast. That's the honest picture: you're rarely switching off Chizy to save money. My guide to chatbot cost has more on reading these meters.
1. Tidio
Best for: small teams that want live chat, an AI agent and sales flows in one app, with a real inbox behind it.

Tidio was ChatGPT's "best all-round comparison", and it's the one I'd test first if Chizy feels too thin on the human side. It holds 4.8 from 1,355 reviews on its Shopify listing. The AI agent, Lyro, is priced as its own product on top of the chat and ticketing app.
What it does better than Chizy
- A real inbox for your team. Live chat, ticketing and channels (email, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp) sit in one tool, so a handed-off chat lands somewhere your team already works.
- Shopify actions on the AI plan. The listing's $39 Lyro plan includes "Native Shopify actions" and "Lyro Actions & MCPs", and the listing image above shows Lyro comparing sizes and adding to cart.
- Flows for selling. No-code Flows trigger offers and questions at set moments, which covers most of what Chizy's proactive flows do.
Where it falls short
- Per-conversation billing climbs fast. On Tidio's pricing page, Lyro runs from $39 for 50 conversations to $700 for 1,000 a month, and above that is a custom quote.
- The Free plan's 50 Lyro conversations are one-time, not monthly. You need a paid Lyro plan to refresh them.
- Two or three line items. The helpdesk, Flows and Lyro are priced separately, so the bill takes some reading.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 50 billable conversations, 50 Lyro conversations (one-time), 100 Flows visitors |
| Starter | $29 | $24.17/mo | 100 billable conversations |
| Growth | From $59 | From $49.17/mo | From 250 billable conversations |
| Plus | From $300 + usage | n/a | Custom conversations, premium support |
| Lyro AI Agent | $39 (50) to $700 (1,000) | From $32.50/mo | AI conversations, separate from the plans above |
Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial. My Tidio pricing post covers the tiers in more detail.
What merchants say
"We've been using Tidio's Lyro AI Agent along with their automated Flows and have been very happy with the results. Our AI resolution rate is around 90%, which has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer service inquiries our team needs to handle manually."
"There is still room for improvement, particularly in making AI responses more flexible and improving customization options for automation."
My take: Pick Tidio if you want Chizy's kind of AI plus a proper team inbox, and your AI volume stays in the low hundreds a month. Skip it if you'll run 1,000+ AI chats, where Lyro costs ten times Chizy's Growth plan. My Tidio review goes further.
2. Rep AI
Best for: stores that want the chat to start the conversation and push hesitant shoppers to checkout.

Rep AI was ChatGPT's pick for "proactive selling", and it's the closest thing to Chizy with the selling turned up. It watches for shoppers about to drop off and opens the chat itself, with product finders and recommendations. It holds 4.6 from 122 reviews on its Shopify listing.
What it does better than Chizy
- Proactive selling is the product. The pricing page lists AI drop-off detection, upsell and abandoned cart rescue on the Sales plan.
- A separate support agent. The Support plan covers order status, returns and exchanges, cancelling and modifying orders, and subscription edits.
- Add-ons for bigger catalogs. Concierge customers can add Virtual Try-On and Deep Research, each listed at $73 a month at 80,000 sessions.
Where it falls short
- It meters products and visitors. Like Chizy, every listed plan caps products (100, 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000), and on top of that you pay for traffic: $12 per extra 1,000 visitors, whether or not they chat.
- Sales and Support are separate plans. At 80,000 sessions, the pricing page shows Sales at $578, Support at $250 and the bundled Concierge at $726 a month.
- Other channels cost extra. Email, social and WhatsApp are an add-on from $68 a month, at $0.75 per AI-resolved conversation.
Pricing
| Plan (Shopify listing) | Monthly | Yearly | Visitors included | Products |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-grow | Free to install | n/a | 100, then $12 per 1,000 | Up to 100 |
| Starter | $104 | $995 | 10,000 | Up to 1,000 |
| Basic | $209 | $2,006 | 25,000 | Up to 2,000 |
| Standard | $368 | $3,528 | 50,000 | Up to 5,000 |
Paid plans have a 14-day free trial. The website prices by sessions with separate Sales, Support and Concierge plans, so check which version your quote uses.
What merchants say
"This is the best AI-rep we've used (and we've tried a few of them for our store)."
"Good app but definitely not worth $550 per month for a basic LLM."
My take: Pick Rep AI if Chizy's selling is what you value and you want the chat to be more forward. Skip it if your traffic is high and your chat volume is low, since the visitor meter charges for shoppers who never open the widget. My guide to AI upselling covers when that's worth it.
3. Chatbase
Best for: stores that want full control over what the AI knows and does, and the same bot on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Slack.

Chatbase is a general AI agent builder with a deep Shopify integration, and ChatGPT called it "best for custom product knowledge". It holds 4.9 from 39 reviews on its Shopify listing, which went live on January 7, 2026. Its Shopify docs describe an agent that can "browse products, manage their cart, place orders, track and exchange orders, and update their account details".
What it does better than Chizy
- It can change things in Shopify. The panel above lists 11 actions, from creating an order to creating a return or exchange on an existing order and tagging an order. Chizy tracks orders; Chatbase can act on them.
- You pick the model. The pricing page lists models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral and others on every plan.
- More helpdesks. Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, HubSpot and Zoho Desk integrations are on Standard and up, against Chizy's Zendesk-only link.
- Security paperwork. The pricing page lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and HIPAA.
Where it falls short
- The meter is harder to predict. Chatbase's pricing FAQ says each request to the model "costs a certain number of message credits depending on your chosen model", and that with actions enabled one answer can take two requests, "2x the number of credits".
- One agent per store. Only one AI agent connects to a Shopify store, and accounts billed through the Shopify App Store get no 7-day trial and only the auto-recharge add-on.
- Training storage can run out. A Dutch store four months in rated it 5 stars but said the 20 MB training limit fills quickly, even with a small range of products.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Message credits | Seats | AI actions per agent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hobby | $40 | $32/mo | 700 | 2 | 5 |
| Standard | $150 | $120/mo | 4,000 | 3 | 8 |
| Pro | $500 | $400/mo | 15,000 | 5 | 12 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Extra credits auto-recharge at $40 per 1,000, an extra agent is $300 a year, and removing the Chatbase branding is $1,188 a year, per the pricing page. My Chatbase pricing post works through the credit math.
What merchants say
"This app is on another level. It is unbelievably user friendly. The AI is very easy to train and very eager to learn......and can sell a tone!! Great product!"
"Model worked ok but needed assistance training and onboarding. No demo or support aside from email available."
My take: Pick Chatbase if you want an AI that can create returns and exchanges, or one agent across your store, WhatsApp and Slack. Skip it if you want Chizy's flat, predictable bill, because credits move with the model you choose and the actions you turn on. My Chatbase review goes deeper.
4. Gorgias
Best for: stores whose support has outgrown a chat widget and needs one helpdesk for email, chat, SMS, voice and social.

Gorgias is the step from a chat app to a helpdesk, and ChatGPT called it "best for deeper Shopify support". It holds 4.3 from 706 reviews on its Shopify listing. This is the move when your problem is the support after checkout, not the chat before it.
What it does better than Chizy
- One inbox for every channel. Email, chat, SMS, voice and social land in one place with the Shopify order next to the ticket.
- AI skills for orders. The listing image above shows AI Agent skills for where-is-my-order, starting a return and changing a shipping address, drafted for you to review.
- Not priced per seat. The pricing page says the helpdesk scales from 50 to 5,000 tickets a month, "never priced per agent".
Where it falls short
- AI is billed per automated interaction, $1.00 on Starter, $0.90 on Basic and Pro and $0.85 on Advanced, on top of the ticket plan. At 1,000 AI-handled chats a month, the calculator above lands at about $1,243.
- It's a helpdesk, not a shopping assistant. If what you love about Chizy is product cards and add-to-cart, Gorgias is a different job.
- Mixed reviews. 72 of the 706 Shopify reviews are one star, including recent ones about billing and after-sales support.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Tickets included | Automated interactions | Extra |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $40 ($10 helpdesk + $30 AI) | Monthly only | 50 | 30 | $0.40 per ticket, $1.00 per interaction |
| Basic | $90 | $77/mo | 300 | 30 | $40 per 100 tickets, $0.90 per interaction |
| Pro | $550 | $471/mo | 2,000 | 190 | $36 per 100 tickets, $0.90 per interaction |
| Advanced | $1,430 | $1,227/mo | 5,000 | 530 | $36 per 100 tickets, $0.85 per interaction |
Helpdesk-only plans start at $10 a month. My Gorgias pricing guide covers the details.
What merchants say
"The AI agent handles a solid chunk of routine inquiries on its own, which has freed up our team to focus on more complex issues."
"While the AI is not always fully accurate yet due to occasional hallucinations, we're hopeful ongoing improvements will help it provide accurate and helpful support the vast majority of the time."
My take: Pick Gorgias if Chizy's chat works fine but email, returns and order changes are drowning your team. Keep a shopping assistant on product pages alongside it if selling in the chat matters. My Gorgias review and Gorgias alternatives list help with that call.
5. Zipchat
Best for: sales-first stores that want the closest like-for-like swap, with every channel on every plan.

Zipchat is the most direct Chizy rival on this list, and ChatGPT called it "best for sales-oriented product chat". It holds 4.9 from 209 reviews on its Shopify listing, and its homepage pitches "one AI agent for the entire shopping journey".
What it does better than Chizy
- Every channel on every paid plan. Website chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, with unlimited team members, where Chizy keeps social channels for Starter and up.
- More selling surfaces. AI answers on product pages and an AI social media manager that replies to Facebook and Instagram DMs.
- A safety net. The pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on top of the 7-day trial.
Where it falls short
- It bills per AI reply. Starter is $80 a month for 750 replies, and a shopper who asks three follow-ups uses three. Extra replies are $49 per 250.
- The handoff can split a conversation into a new ticket when the AI forwards it by email, the top complaint in its G2 reviews.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | AI replies a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | n/a | 120 |
| Starter | $80 | $64/mo | 750 |
| Pro | $300 | $240/mo | 3,000 |
| Scale | $600 | $480/mo | 6,000 |
| Scale Plus | Annual only | $960/mo | 14,000 |
| Unlimited | From $2,100 | Quote | Unlimited |
My Zipchat pricing post has the reply math at different volumes.
What merchants say
"I've worked with competitors before, and I can say Zipchat AI is the easiest setup I've ever done."
"No option to reply to customer inquiries that require a human, without creating an entirely new ticket."
My take: Pick Zipchat if you want Chizy's job with more channels and a revenue dashboard, and your chats are short. Skip it if your products need back-and-forth, because Chizy's unlimited chats beat a reply meter on chatty customers. My Zipchat review covers the rest.
6. Shopify Inbox
Best for: stores that want free AI answers on product pages and a baseline to measure every paid tool against.

Shopify Inbox is Shopify's own chat app, with 4.6 from 5,806 reviews, and ChatGPT called it "the best free baseline". It's also the one alternative Chizy plugs into: some Chizy stores use the Inbox integration to get chat notifications on their phone.
What it does better than Chizy
- It's free, with no meter at all. No product limits, no chat limits.
- Native to Shopify. The listing shows an AI sales associate with product information, store policies, customer personalization, order lookup and human hand-off, built by Shopify itself.
Where it falls short
- Fewer controls. There's no catalog exclusion, sales flows, social channels or helpdesk link of the kind Chizy has.
- Answers only. It looks up orders but doesn't change them, a gap the first review below points at.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify Inbox | Free | Online store chat, AI sales associate, order lookup, human hand-off |
My guide to Shopify Inbox covers setup and the chat's settings.
What merchants say
"This is good, requires a little learning. Would be great if it could take other actions additional to answering, for example, making a note on the order if it refers to one."
"After Shopify's Inbox sudden fall from grace, this simple and elegant app is being a life saver!"
The second quote comes from a store that left Inbox for another chat app, which tells you the free option doesn't suit everyone either.
My take: Run Shopify Inbox for two weeks as a control group before you pay for anything. If its answers are good enough for your volume, Chizy's Free plan is the only competitor worth a test. My list of Shopify live chat apps has the other free options.
7. eesel
Best for: stores whose chats and tickets after the order are the real workload, and who want an AI that learns from past replies.
Full disclosure: this is my team's product, and I build its integrations, so weigh my view accordingly. eesel is an AI helpdesk teammate. It answers on your website chat and works the ticket queue inside Gorgias, Zendesk or Freshdesk, and it connects to Shopify so it checks the order or product before it replies.
What it does better than Chizy
- Learns from your past tickets, not only your catalog and pages, so it answers the way your team already does. My guide to training AI on past tickets explains why that matters.
- Works the whole queue. Chat, email and helpdesk tickets in one place, including Gorgias, which Chizy doesn't connect to.
- Hands off with context. At Question Beauty, refunds, returns, complaints and chargebacks go to a person with an internal note of what the customer asked and what eesel found in Shopify.
The numbers from that store, a cosmetics brand on Gorgias and Shopify, between 8 August and 8 September 2026: about 990 Gorgias tickets handled, 960 replies sent to customers, 290 Shopify orders looked up before answering and 280 tickets closed without a person. BEAUTEK runs eesel as its website chat and on Zendesk: in one month it answered 77 website chats and turned 20 of them into Zendesk tickets for the team. Cape Coffee Beans, with more than a thousand products, uses it inside Zendesk to search the Shopify catalog, past tickets and Google Drive, about 120 knowledge searches a month.
Where it falls short
- It's not a proactive sales tool. No exit-intent pop-ups, quizzes or discount triggers like Rep AI or Zipchat.
- It costs more than Chizy for pure product Q&A. 1,000 chats a month is $499 on eesel against $69 on Chizy's Growth plan. Pay for eesel when the tickets after checkout are the problem.
- Young on the App Store. Its Shopify listing has 4 reviews (5.0) and still shows older prices; the plans below are from the pricing page. SOC 2 Type II is underway, not complete.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Credits included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 to try |
| Teammate 500 | $299 | 500 |
| Teammate 1,000 | $499 | 1,000 |
| Teammate 2,000 | $849 | 2,000 |
| Teammate 5,000 | $1,749 | 5,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
A ticket or chat is 1 credit "however long", per the pricing page. Sizes in between are listed there, extra credits are $0.80 each if you turn overage on, a year upfront gets two months free, and there are no seat fees.
What merchants say
With only 4 Shopify reviews, the customer stories are the better evidence: named stores, their helpdesk, and what the agent did in a real month.
My take: Pick eesel if Chizy handles your product questions fine but the email and order tickets behind it are swamping your team, or if you run Gorgias. Keep a shopping assistant like Chizy on product pages if in-chat selling matters. My eesel vs Gorgias AI comparison shows how the two fit together.
How to test a Chizy alternative with real questions
ChatGPT's best advice was simple: run the same 20 to 30 real customer questions through Chizy and two finalists. I'd go one step further and score more than whether the answer was right.

Here's the test I'd run, in about a week:
- Pull 25 real questions from your Chizy history and inbox, not made-up ones. Mix product fit, order status, returns and shipping.
- Add two trick questions about a product detail that isn't anywhere in your catalog. ChatGPT made the same point: a good AI admits it isn't sure rather than inventing product details. My guide to AI hallucinations covers why this is the test that matters most.
- Run the full handoff loop. Ask for a person, have someone reply, then write back as the customer. Check it's still one thread with the history. My guide to chatbot escalation shows what good looks like.
- Score sales and support separately. AI-assisted orders and resolved questions are two numbers. A bot that sells well can still mishandle a return.
- Price it at your real numbers in the calculator above, including next year's catalog.
Which Chizy alternative should you pick?
- You want a stronger shopping assistant: Rep AI for proactive selling, Zipchat for more channels, Tidio if you also want a team inbox.
- You want control over the AI's knowledge and actions: Chatbase.
- Support after checkout is the real workload: Gorgias for the helpdesk itself, eesel for an AI that works inside it (or inside Zendesk) and learns from past tickets.
- You want to spend nothing: Shopify Inbox, or stay on Chizy's Free plan.
If I ran a Shopify store on Chizy today, I wouldn't switch to save money, because I probably wouldn't. I'd look at where my team spends its week. If it's answering "will this fit?", a better shopping assistant is the fix. If it's "where is my order?" in email, the fix is an AI where the team already works. For more options, see my lists of Shopify chatbot apps and AI for Shopify support.
Try eesel on your Shopify store's support
If Chizy is doing its job on product pages but the tickets behind it keep piling up, that's the gap eesel fills. It reads your past tickets, checks the Shopify order before it replies, and hands refunds and returns to a person with a note of what it found. Question Beauty runs it that way on Gorgias, and it closed about 280 tickets in a month without anyone touching them.

Try eesel free with 100 credits, connect Shopify and your helpdesk, and see its drafts on last month's real tickets before a customer sees a single reply.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best Chizy alternatives for a Shopify store?
For a shopping assistant like Chizy, test Tidio, Rep AI and Zipchat first, with Chatbase if you want more control over the AI's knowledge and actions. If your problem is the support after checkout, look at Gorgias or eesel. Shopify Inbox is the free baseline. My Chizy review covers what you'd be replacing.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Chizy?
Only Shopify Inbox, which is free. Chizy's AI chats are unlimited on every plan and it prices by products learned, from $0 for 200 products to $69 for 5,000, so most stores pay less on Chizy than on any per-chat tool. My breakdown of Chizy pricing shows which plan you'd land on.
How much do Chizy alternatives cost compared with Chizy?
For a 1,500-product store with 1,000 AI chats a month, Chizy is $69 on Growth. Chatbase is from about $120 (at 1 credit per reply), Rep AI $209, Zipchat $300, eesel $499, Tidio's Lyro $700 and Gorgias about $1,243 at the same volume, using each vendor's list prices. My guide to chatbot cost explains why the meters differ.
Which Chizy alternative works best with Gorgias?
Chizy's docs list a Zendesk integration but no Gorgias one. If your team runs on Gorgias, its own AI Agent works inside the same tickets, and eesel works as an AI teammate inside Gorgias that checks the Shopify order first. My guide to AI for Gorgias compares the setups.
Which Chizy alternative can take actions on Shopify orders?
Chatbase lists 11 Shopify actions, including creating orders, returns and exchanges. Gorgias AI Agent has skills for order status, returns and address changes, Rep AI's Support plan covers cancelling and modifying orders, and eesel looks up the order before it answers. My guide to Shopify order data explains the setup.
How do I test a Chizy alternative before switching?
Run the same 20 to 30 real customer questions through Chizy and two finalists: product fit, order status, returns, and one question about a detail that isn't in your catalog. Score the answers, whether the AI admits it doesn't know, and how it hands off. My guide to testing an AI agent has the full checklist.
Can I run Chizy and another AI chat app at the same time?
You can, but two chat widgets on one storefront compete for the same corner and confuse shoppers. A common split is a shopping assistant on product pages and an AI inside your helpdesk for email and order tickets, which is how eesel is usually paired. My guide to switching AI vendors covers a phased cutover.
