Adelante AI costs $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, $1,499 for 10,000 and $2,999 for 25,000, per Adelante's pricing page on 2026-10-27. There is no setup fee and no free trial, overage bills next month at your plan's own per-message rate, and every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The unit is what decides your bill. One AI message is one agent reply, and Adelante says a ticket usually takes 3 to 5 of them. So the $900 plan covers roughly 1,000 to 1,667 tickets, which works out to $0.54 to $0.90 per ticket. Two marketplace listings also disagree with the site: the Gorgias app listing says $800 for 5,000 messages, and the Shopify App Store listing shows a Free plan, a 14-day trial and a $9,000 yearly option the site does not offer.
Adelante is a done-for-you service: its team sets up, tests and runs the agent. If you would rather run the agent yourself and pay per ticket instead of per reply, eesel's helpdesk teammate starts at $299 a month for 500 tickets on Zendesk or Gorgias, and Question Beauty uses it to handle 990 Gorgias tickets a month.
How much does Adelante AI cost?
Adelante sells one plan, a managed AI support agent, priced only by how many AI messages you need each month. The pricing page has a slider from 5,000 to 40,000 messages, and the machine-readable pricing file lists three fixed anchor prices the slider curves through.

| Monthly AI messages | Price per month | Rate per message (also the overage rate) | Tickets covered at 3 to 5 replies | Cost per ticket |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | $900 | $0.18 | 1,000 to 1,667 | $0.54 to $0.90 |
| 10,000 | $1,499 | $0.15 | 2,000 to 3,333 | $0.45 to $0.75 |
| 25,000 | $2,999 | $0.12 | 5,000 to 8,333 | $0.36 to $0.60 |
| 5,000 to 40,000 | Slider price, rounded to the nearest $50 | Falls as volume rises | Varies | Varies |
| Above $4,000 a month | Scoped on a call | Not published | Not published | Not published |
The ticket columns are my math, using Adelante's own line that "a ticket usually takes 3 to 5 AI messages." The pricing page itself translates 5,000 messages to about 1,250 tickets, which is the midpoint at 4 replies a ticket and $0.72 per ticket.
The terms around the price, straight from the pricing FAQ:
- Setup fee: none. The launch work is included in the monthly price.
- Free trial: none on the site. A 30-day money-back guarantee replaces it.
- Billing: monthly, charged upfront by card, prices exclude VAT and taxes.
- Overage: billed the next month at your plan's own per-message rate, with no penalty tier.
- Changing volume: any time, effective from the next billing cycle.
- Cancelling: after the first 30 days, with 30 days' written notice.
Every channel and integration is included at every volume. The price does not move if you add WhatsApp or a second helpdesk, only if you send more replies.
What does the $900 a month actually pay for?
Adelante is a managed AI support agent for Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento brands, usually on a Zendesk and Shopify or Gorgias and Shopify stack. The key word is managed. You are not buying a bot builder; you are buying a team that builds the agent, launches it, and keeps tuning it after launch.

What the pricing page bundles into every volume:
| Bucket | What is included |
|---|---|
| The agent | Answers from your help center, site and documents, pre-sales product search from your live catalog and stock, handoff with full context, learning from past tickets |
| Actions | Order checks, returns, exchanges and address edits run past your policies first, per the Shopify listing |
| Channels | Email, chat, WhatsApp and social DMs, with every conversation logged in your helpdesk |
| Launch | The 10-day launch: map and connect (days 1 to 3), train and test (days 4 to 7), launch and monitor (days 8 to 10) |
| After launch | Weekly tuning, a dedicated account manager, support on Slack, WhatsApp or phone with first response within 48 hours, analytics on handover root causes |
| Compliance | SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, per Adelante's llms.txt summary |
Adelante's own fit guide says it is built for brands handling roughly 200 to 20,000 tickets a month on Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk or a similar helpdesk. It also says plainly who it is not for: teams that want to build and operate the agent themselves, and brands that cannot connect order data. I like that they say it. It tells you the $900 is mostly paying for people and process, not just for model calls.
This is the bit I'd underline as someone who builds AI agents for a living. The "operated" part is where most of the cost of running an agent lives. Writing the policy rules, testing the agent against real ticket paths and reviewing handovers every week is work somebody has to do. With Adelante that somebody is them, and that is a fair thing to charge for.
What counts as an AI message in Adelante pricing?
I've watched what an unclear billing unit does to a buyer. A Gorgias store trialing eesel ran 12 test chats, every one handled well, then opened the billing page and asked to cancel on the spot. The agent was fine; the pricing was hard to translate into their own tickets. So before anything else, here is Adelante's unit in plain terms.
One AI message is one agent reply inside a support conversation, per the pricing FAQ. It is not a ticket, not a conversation and not a resolution. A customer who asks "where is my order?", gets a tracking link, asks a follow-up and then says thanks has used 2 or 3 replies, not 1.

That makes your replies-per-ticket number the hidden variable in every Adelante quote. Order status questions with a clean answer will sit near 3. Returns, exchanges and address edits, where the agent verifies identity, checks the order, confirms the change and reports back, can run longer. If your queue is heavy on those multi-step flows, plan with 5 replies a ticket, not 3.
It is worth comparing the unit to other pricing models you will run into:
- Per reply (Adelante): every agent message counts, so long threads cost more.
- Per ticket or chat (eesel): one ticket is one credit however many replies go back and forth.
- Per resolution (Gorgias AI Agent and others): you pay when the AI closes the ticket, nothing when it hands over.
None of these is wrong. They reward different things, and per-resolution is a form of outcome-based pricing. A per-reply bill grows with how chatty your customers are; a per-resolution bill grows with how well the AI does. I wrote more on that trade-off in my breakdown of cost per resolution.
What will Adelante cost for your ticket volume?
Plug in your monthly ticket count and pick how many AI replies a typical ticket takes. The calculator picks the cheapest of Adelante's three published anchor plans (with overage at that plan's rate) and puts eesel's per-ticket price beside it.
Type your monthly tickets and pick replies per ticket to see Adelante's managed price against eesel's per-ticket price. Prices checked 2026-10-27.
Two things the calculator makes obvious. First, replies per ticket swings the Adelante bill as much as ticket volume does: 2,500 tickets at 3 replies fits the $1,499 plan with room to spare, while the same tickets at 5 replies needs 12,500 messages. Second, these are not like-for-like products. Adelante's number includes a team running the agent for you. eesel's number is the software, and you run it yourself.
Why do the Gorgias and Shopify listings show different Adelante prices?
Because each storefront was written at a different time, for a slightly different product. Here is what each official surface says, all checked on 2026-10-27:

| Source | Monthly price for 5,000 messages | Free plan | Free trial | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Adelante pricing page | $900 | Not mentioned | None, 30-day money-back instead | "Not offered on the site" |
| Gorgias app listing | $800 | Not mentioned | Not mentioned | Not mentioned |
| Shopify App Store listing | $900 (Managed) | Yes, 2,000 AI messages a month | 14-day free trial on Managed | $9,000 a year, "save 17%" |

The Shopify listing is the most interesting one, because it describes a self-serve Free tier the main site never mentions: 2,000 AI messages a month, automatic setup from your store pages, answers to product, policy and order status questions, one language, and the native Zendesk app. The actions (returns, exchanges, order edits), multi-language support and the done-for-you setup sit in the Managed plan. If you only need order-status answers in one language on Zendesk, that Free tier is worth asking about before you book a call. If you sell across borders, note that multilingual support is a Managed feature.
The $9,000 yearly price works out to $750 a month, which is where the "save 17%" comes from. The Gorgias listing's $800 is likely an older price, but I can't confirm that from the outside.

My advice: treat the pricing page as the current list price, then bring the other two numbers to your kickoff call. Asking "the Gorgias listing says $800, and Shopify shows yearly billing at $750 a month, can I get either?" costs you nothing.
What costs sit outside the Adelante price?
The $900 covers the agent and the team running it. A few costs sit around it.
Your helpdesk bill. Adelante works inside Zendesk or Gorgias, and every conversation is logged there, so your helpdesk subscription keeps running in full. If you are on Gorgias, its plans are sized by ticket volume, which I break down in my Gorgias pricing guide. Zendesk bills per agent seat; see my Zendesk pricing breakdown, and Zendesk AI pricing if you also pay for its native AI.
Your team's time at launch. Adelante's FAQ asks for admin access to your helpdesk and store, your policy pages, 30 to 50 sample tickets and one point person. The kickoff call is 45 minutes, and Adelante says to plan on 2 to 3 hours of your time across the 10-day launch. That is light for an AI rollout, but it is not zero.
Overage, one month late. Going over your volume is not penalized, but it lands on next month's invoice. On the $900 plan, a busy month of 6,000 messages adds 1,000 x $0.18 = $180 to the following bill.
Replies to noise. Ask how spam, auto-replies and "thanks!" messages are handled. In one real-traffic trial I was part of, on a jewelry brand's Zendesk and Shopify inbox doing about 1,000 tickets a month, 22% of the inbox was spam. Whether those get a reply, and so use messages, depends on how the agent is set up.
Faro, if you add it. Adelante also sells Faro, an AI engineer that tunes an AI agent you already run. It has three monthly plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) priced after a free review of your conversations, with no public price. Faro is included with the managed service, so you only pay for it separately if you keep your current agent.
Free Zendesk apps. Adelante also lists free Zendesk apps, including Free Shopify Order Actions for refunds, cancels and address edits from the ticket sidebar. These cost nothing and are a low-risk way to try their work.
Is Adelante AI worth the price?
For the right store, I think yes. The pitch is not "cheap AI"; it is "AI that finishes the order action, run by people who answer for it." If your queue is mostly WISMO, returns, exchanges and address changes, and nobody on your team has time to own an AI agent, paying $900 for that ownership is a reasonable trade against hiring.
Adelante's own case studies make big claims: Outlier Group at 80%+ of tickets resolved end to end with Trustpilot up from 3.5 to 4.2, Modibodi at 70% and Papaya at 50 to 60% of inquiries without a human. Those are vendor-reported numbers, so treat them as the ceiling to test against, not the floor. Measuring AI resolution rate honestly on your own tickets is what the 30-day money-back window is for.
Independent reviews are thin. The Shopify listing has 6 reviews, all 5 stars, all from stores in Israel. Two of them speak to the outcome:
"The bot feels human and reduced the number of inquiries forwarded to live agents by over 85% within the first month of setup."
"after just one week, the bot has already reduced our customer service inquiries by at least 50%, even without our exchanges and returns system integrated yet."
I could not find Adelante on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot or Reddit. Six reviews on one listing is a small sample, so a reference call with a store your size is worth asking for.
Where I'd hesitate: if your team already writes good macros and policies and wants to control the agent day to day, you are paying for operation you may not need. Adelante says so itself. And if your volume is small, the $900 floor is a lot per ticket compared with self-serve tools that start lower; see my breakdowns of Yuma AI pricing and Siena AI pricing for other price points.
If you are still shopping, my lists of Gorgias AI agent alternatives and Zendesk AI alternatives cover the wider field, and Shopify customer service apps covers the lighter tools.
How does Adelante pricing compare with eesel for a Shopify store?
The fairest way to compare is one store at a few sizes, the same method I use in my guide to AI customer service cost. I'll use Adelante's own 4 replies per ticket and the anchor prices only.
| Tickets a month | Adelante AI messages | Adelante price | eesel credits | eesel price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | 2,000 | $900 | 500 | $299 |
| 1,000 | 4,000 | $900 | 1,000 | $499 |
| 2,500 | 10,000 | $1,499 | 2,500 | $999 |
| 5,000 | 20,000 | Slider price between $1,499 and $2,999 | 5,000 | $1,749 |
| 8,000 | 32,000 | Slider, from $2,999 up | 8,000 | Talk to sales |
On software alone, eesel is cheaper at every size where both publish a price, because one eesel credit covers a whole ticket however many replies it takes. But the comparison flatters eesel if you stop there. Adelante's price includes the setup, the weekly QA and an account manager, the human in the loop you would otherwise supply yourself. With the eesel Teammate plan, you connect the helpdesk, write the instructions and review the results yourself, then keep tuning. I compare that self-serve setup head to head in eesel vs Gorgias AI and eesel vs Zendesk AI.
If what you want is the done-for-you version, eesel's closer match is Managed Support at $5,000 a month flat. That is a bigger scope than Adelante: eesel runs your whole support operation across email, chat, DMs, SMS, WhatsApp, reviews and phone, which is closer to outsourcing customer service than to buying an agent.
So the honest split looks like this:
- You want an agent run for you, and your queue is under about 20,000 tickets: Adelante's $900 to $2,999 range is the cheaper managed option.
- You want to run the agent yourself and pay per ticket: eesel's Teammate plan, from $299.
- You want the whole support function handled: eesel Managed Support, or a traditional support outsourcing partner.
Whatever you pick, convert the quote into cost per ticket before you sign, and compare it with what a person costs per ticket today. My AI vs human agent cost breakdown walks through that math.
eesel for Zendesk and Gorgias stores
If you liked Adelante's idea of an agent that checks the order before it answers, but would rather run it yourself, eesel's helpdesk teammate does that inside Zendesk or Gorgias, with your Shopify store connected. It reads the ticket, looks up the order, and replies or leaves a draft for your team, and every ticket is one credit no matter how many replies it takes.

Three Shopify stores show the range. Question Beauty runs eesel on Gorgias and Shopify: in a month it handled 990 tickets, sent 960 replies itself, looked up 290 Shopify orders and closed 280 tickets without a person. Cape Coffee Beans runs it on Zendesk and Shopify more as a teammate, with 160 scheduled queue checks and 120 knowledge searches across tickets, products and Drive files in a month. And if you want every reply checked first, STIL Classics has eesel prepare 320 Gorgias tickets a month as drafts for a person to send.
You can start on the free plan with 100 credits, no card, and run it against your own tickets before you pay. Try eesel and see what your queue costs per ticket.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Adelante AI cost?
Adelante AI pricing starts at $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, then $1,499 for 10,000 and $2,999 for 25,000, per Adelante's pricing page. There is no setup fee, launch work is included, and volumes above $4,000 a month are quoted on a call.
What counts as an AI message in Adelante pricing?
One AI message is one agent reply inside a support conversation. Adelante says a ticket usually takes 3 to 5 messages, so the 5,000-message plan covers roughly 1,000 to 1,667 tickets a month.
How much does Adelante cost per ticket?
On the $900 plan, a ticket costs about $0.54 at 3 replies and $0.90 at 5 replies. The per-message rate falls with volume, so at 25,000 messages for $2,999 it drops to about $0.36 to $0.60 per ticket. Compare that against your current cost per ticket before signing.
Does Adelante have a free plan or a free trial?
Adelante's own pricing page says there is no free trial and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. Its Shopify App Store listing, though, shows a Free plan with 2,000 AI messages a month and a 14-day free trial on the $900 Managed plan, so ask which applies to you.
Is there annual pricing for Adelante AI?
The Shopify listing shows $9,000 a year for the Managed plan, which is $750 a month and a 17% saving. Adelante's machine-readable pricing file says yearly billing is not offered on the site, and the Gorgias listing quotes $800 a month for 5,000 messages.
What happens if I go over my Adelante message volume?
Overage bills the next month at your plan's own per-message rate: $0.18 at 5,000 messages, $0.15 at 10,000 and $0.12 at 25,000. There is no penalty tier, and you can change volume from the next billing cycle.
Does Adelante pricing include my helpdesk?
No. Adelante runs inside Zendesk or Gorgias and logs every conversation there, so your helpdesk subscription stays separate. My Gorgias pricing guide covers that side of the bill.
Is Adelante cheaper than eesel?
On software alone, no: eesel's helpdesk teammate is $499 a month for 1,000 tickets versus Adelante's $900, because eesel counts a whole ticket as one credit. Adelante's price includes a team that sets up and runs the agent, which eesel's self-serve plan does not; see eesel pricing for every tier.
