I rate Enterprise Bot 3.5 out of 5. It is a capable voice, chat and email AI suite for regulated, multilingual contact centers, with real published results like a 99.5% first-contact resolution rate at TransPennine Express. It loses points on everything a smaller buyer needs to evaluate it: quote-only pricing, no free trial, and a public review base of 24 reviews, most of them invited by the vendor in January 2022.
Book the demo if your volume is phone calls, your customers speak Swiss German or several European languages, and your security team wants on-premise hosting or Genesys and NICE connectors. That is the buyer every Enterprise Bot case study describes.
If you run email and chat in Freshdesk, the fit is weaker. The Enterprise Bot app on the Freshworks Marketplace is still version 1.0 and installs by email. I build AI agents at eesel, where the AI helpdesk teammate connects to Freshdesk, is tested against your past tickets before it goes live, and costs a published $299 a month for 500 tickets or chats. Koffer.ch, a Swiss luggage shop, uses it to draft Freshdesk replies in German, French, English and Italian.
What is Enterprise Bot?
Enterprise Bot is a Swiss conversational AI company that automates customer service across voice, chat and email for large contact centers. It was founded in 2017, per its YouTube channel, is headquartered in Zurich, and runs a tech hub of 40+ people in Bangalore, according to its About page. Pranay Jain is co-founder and CEO.

The customer list tells you who it is for. Insurers like Generali Switzerland and SWICA, transport networks like RMV and TransPennine Express, the Swiss neobank Yuh, and the call center outsourcer Callpoint. These are companies where the phone line matters, compliance reviews are long, and customers write in three or four languages.
I came at this review the way I would evaluate any conversational AI platform: read every product page and case study, checked every public review, and looked at how it plugs into the helpdesks our readers run. I did not get a hands-on account, because Enterprise Bot does not offer a self-serve trial. So the verdict below rests on what the vendor documents and what its customers have written.
What does Enterprise Bot do?
Enterprise Bot sells one platform with five parts. Each has its own product name, which helps when you read the case studies.

The takeaway from that map: voice and contact center software sit at the center of the product, not on the edge. Most AI helpdesk chatbots start from tickets and add channels. Enterprise Bot starts from the call center and adds a helpdesk app.
Voice bot and agent assist
The voice bot, called AIVA, replaces interactive voice response menus with natural speech, so callers say what they need instead of pressing 1 or 5. The voice bot page lists voice-based authentication, an IVR flow builder, call recording and transcript export, and claims it can "reduce average handle time by up to 40%".

Agent assist is the human side of the same product: live transcription, policy lookup and next-best-action suggestions on the agent's desktop, plus a transcript and wrap-up handed over when a bot transfers a call. Callpoint, a Swiss call center with 600+ employees, says it cut training effort for new agents by 60%, per its case study.
This is the strongest part of the product. Generali's Swiss German voicebot "Leonie" reports 97% speech comprehension and 22% fewer misdirected calls across 1.6 million calls a year, per the Generali case study. If you are shopping for an AI voice agent, that is a reference worth calling.
Chatbot with DocBrain
The chatbot, AIDA, is built with what Enterprise Bot calls its patent-pending DocBrain technology. Per the chatbot page, DocBrain builds "an entire chatbot directly from your knowledge base", without "manual intent classification or ongoing maintenance", and it runs on ChatGPT or other LLMs.

That matters because the older version of the product was intent-based. You defined every question type by hand, which is the intent classification work that made 2022-era bots slow to maintain. Yuh, the Swiss neobank, moved from intent-based bots to the LLM chatbot to cut "required maintenance", and now runs it in four languages with 4K weekly conversations, per the Yuh case study.
Email bot (ERA)
Email response automation, or ERA, reads incoming mail, works out what the customer wants, creates a ticket and routes it. A head of QA at a financial services company described it this way on Capterra:
"we let the tool read each incoming mail, decide about the intent of the customers request, create a ticket (in a standard ticket tool) and assign this ticket to the relevant resolver groupt. the recognition rate of the intents is very good"
Alex M., Capterra, Head QA Team, financial services
Note what it does there: ticket triage into another ticketing tool. ERA can also translate and draft replies, but the ticket itself lives in your helpdesk.
Agentic actions, testing and hosting
The technology page is where the enterprise depth shows. A few things stood out to me as an engineer:
- Blitzico middleware lets the AI call tools and take actions in core systems, with "fallback orchestration" to a fixed flow or a person when confidence drops.
- A built-in testing framework with regression suites, adversarial testing, "golden-set validation" scored across languages, and an LLM-Lab to compare models side by side on accuracy, latency and cost.
- Model choice: swap between ChatGPT, Gemini, Bedrock or your own open source model.
- Hosting: fully managed in the EU, Middle East, North America or Asia, or on-premise, or a dedicated VPC.
- Connectors: Genesys AppFoundry, NICE CXone, Microsoft Teams through Luware Nimbus, and native CRM connectors for BSI and Salesforce.
That testing list is better than most of what I see in this category. Testing before launch is the part teams skip most often, and it is the first thing I point to in my notes on implementation mistakes.
How well does Enterprise Bot work for real customers?
The published results are strong. They are also all published by Enterprise Bot, so read them as best cases, not averages.
| Customer | What it runs | Result the vendor reports |
|---|---|---|
| SWICA, Swiss health insurer, 1.6M insured | Chatbot IQ on Azure OpenAI | 77.4% fewer live-chat inquiries; escalations down from 28% to 7% of sessions; chat wait from 5:10 to 1:45 |
| TransPennine Express, UK rail operator | "Penny" chatbot on Azure OpenAI, fed by the live Darwin train feed | 99.5% first-contact resolution; responses in 3 seconds |
| Generali Switzerland, insurer | "Leonie" Swiss German voicebot | 97% speech comprehension; 22% fewer misdirected calls |
| Yuh, Swiss neobank | LLM chatbot in app and web, 4 languages | 4K weekly conversations; sensitive data masked before it reaches the LLM |
| Callpoint, Swiss call center | Agent assist | 60% less training effort for new agents |

Two details I liked. TransPennine Express wired the bot into live train data, so it can answer "is my train late" with a real answer, which is the gap between a bot that quotes FAQs and one that is useful. And Yuh masks IBANs, phone numbers and email addresses before anything reaches an external model, a clean way to handle SOC 2 and GDPR concerns in finance.
One caution on the numbers. A 99.5% first-contact resolution figure depends on how a "contact" is counted. Ask how each case study defined resolution and containment rate before you write them into a business case.
What do Enterprise Bot reviews say?
The short version: happy customers, but very few of them, and mostly from one month in 2022.

Here is the full public record I found:
- G2: 4.7/5 from 13 reviews, with 84% five-star and 15% four-star.
- Capterra: 4.5/5 from 10 reviews, with ease of use at 4.6 and customer service at 5.0. Nine of the ten are marked "Vendor Referred - Incentive Offered", and all nine are dated January 2022. The product is still listed under its old URL name, Chatbot2Go.
- Trustpilot: a 3.7 TrustScore from one review, with the note that the company has "no recent history of asking for reviews".

Vendor-invited reviews are not fake, and Capterra is open about labeling them. But 24 reviews, mostly four years old, is not enough to judge today's LLM-based product. Compare that with how much public feedback you can read in my Yellow.ai reviews roundup.
What the reviews agree on is useful anyway. The praise goes to the people. Every Capterra reviewer gave customer service 5 out of 5, and a project manager in insurance wrote that "customer satisfaction was the priority one for Enterprise bot" from contract to production.
The complaints go to setup effort:
"The process of creating (conversation's flow, content, translations, etc...) a chatbot is time-consuming, but we were able to implement our click bot just in time for the launch of our financial product thanks to the support of the Enterprise Bots team."
Gloria M., Capterra, Digital Marketing Manager, financial services
A team lead at an insurer put it in one line of German, "Grosser initial Aufwand bis Inhalte drin sind", which translates to a big initial effort until the content is in. Others asked for better documentation and reporting:
"The software can be very customized, so documentation was required to be build independently. The basic set of documentation could be increased."
Stefan M., Capterra, Customer Support QA, financial services
The same insurance project manager listed "Not being able to filter on requests not understood by the chatbot" as a con. That is the report I would want most, since unanswered questions are where you find gaps in the knowledge base. The DocBrain rebuild may have fixed much of this, which is exactly why fresh reviews would help.
How much does Enterprise Bot cost?
Enterprise Bot is quote-only. There is no pricing page, no published plan, and no free trial, and every button on the site says "Book A Demo". I cover what drives the quote in my full Enterprise Bot pricing breakdown, so here is the summary:
| Where I looked | What it says about price |
|---|---|
| enterprisebot.ai | No pricing page; demo form only |
| G2 pricing | "Not listed on G2 by the vendor", last updated June 29, 2021 |
| Capterra | "Get Price", "Free trial not available", value for money 4.4 |
| Freshworks Marketplace app | No price; "Visit Site To Install" |
The technology page mentions "modular licensing", so the quote is built from the channels, languages, hosting and integrations you turn on. Expect a scoped project rather than a subscription, in the same way Kore.ai pricing and Parloa pricing work. For a sense of typical spend, see my guide to AI customer service cost.
Enterprise Bot pros and cons
Here is how it nets out after reading everything public.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Voice is a core product, with natural-language IVR, voice authentication and agent assist | No public pricing and no free trial |
| Strong multilingual track record, including Swiss German | Language counts conflict: 45+ on the About page, 50+ and 100+ on the voice page, 11 on G2 |
| On-premise, dedicated VPC or managed hosting in four regions | Public reviews are few, vendor-invited and mostly from January 2022 |
| Built-in regression, adversarial and multi-language testing | Reviewers describe setup and training as time-consuming |
| Native connectors for Genesys, NICE CXone, Teams, Salesforce and BSI | Freshdesk app is version 1.0 and installs by email |
| Project team gets 5/5 for customer service on Capterra | Go-live claims vary: "days" on the contact page, 12 weeks to 92% accuracy on the About page |
And my scorecard, out of 5:
| Area | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Features and depth | 4.5 | Voice, chat, email, agent assist and agentic actions in one platform, with real testing tooling |
| Results | 4 | Strong published case studies, all vendor-reported |
| Ease of setup | 2.5 | Reviewers call content setup time-consuming; implementation is measured in weeks |
| Helpdesk fit (Freshdesk) | 2.5 | Marketplace app is a doorway to a sales conversation, not an install |
| Pricing transparency | 1.5 | Quote-only, no trial |
| Overall | 3.5 | Built for regulated contact centers, hard to evaluate for anyone else |
Does Enterprise Bot work with Freshdesk?
Partly. There is an Enterprise Bot app on the Freshworks Marketplace, which is how a lot of readers find the product, so it is worth being clear about what it is.

- It is version 1.0, published "about over 5 years ago", and works with Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni.
- Installation means emailing contact@enterprisebot.ai "to get the integration done with Freshdesk as per the use case".
- It claims to automate "around 60-80% of customer queries", and every answer in its Privacy & Security tab reads "NA".
- It is "Not governed by Freshworks Freddy AI", so it runs on Enterprise Bot's terms, not Freshworks'.
Capterra's profile lists eight integrations, including Genesys, ServiceNow and UiPath, and Freshdesk is not among them. So the Freshdesk link is real but light. If your team lives in Freshdesk, the more natural comparison is the native Freshdesk AI stack, which you can read about in my Freddy AI review, or a Freshdesk AI agent that installs from the helpdesk side.
Who should use Enterprise Bot?
Two questions sort most readers.

Shortlist Enterprise Bot if a large share of your volume is phone calls, you work in insurance, banking, health or transport, you need several European languages, and your security team wants on-premise hosting or a Genesys or NICE contact center integration. It fits the profile in my guides to conversational AI for insurance and AI call center agents.
Look elsewhere if your queue is mostly email and chat in a helpdesk, you want to test on real tickets before talking to sales, or you are a team of 5 to 50 agents without a procurement process. For you, the omnichannel depth is cost you will not use.
What are the best Enterprise Bot alternatives?
The right alternative depends on which side of that decision you landed on. Prices below are only shown where the vendor publishes them.
| Tool | Best for | Public price | My review |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kore.ai | Enterprise voice and chat across many systems | Quote-based | Kore.ai review |
| Cognigy | Large contact centers building voice agents | Quote-based | Cognigy overview |
| Parloa | AI voice agents for phone-first support | Quote-based | Parloa review |
| Ada | Automated chat for large support teams | Quote-based | Ada review |
| Freddy AI | Teams already on Freshdesk | AI Agent: first 500 sessions included, then $49 per 100 sessions | Freddy AI pricing |
| eesel | Email and chat on Freshdesk or Zendesk | $299 a month for 500 credits, up to $1,749 for 5,000 | eesel pricing |
Freddy prices come from the Freshworks pricing page, and Freshdesk plans themselves run $19, $55 and $89 per agent per month billed annually. My Freshdesk pricing post covers the rest, and my list of Freshdesk AI alternatives goes wider.
If voice is the deciding factor, Kore.ai alternatives is a good next read.
Try eesel on Freshdesk
If your support runs through Freshdesk and the work is email and chat, eesel is the shorter path. The AI helpdesk teammate connects to Freshdesk, learns from your help center, macros and past tickets, and either drafts replies for your team or answers on its own. Before it touches a live customer, you can run it against your past tickets and read what it would have said.
It already handles the multilingual work Enterprise Bot sells on. Koffer.ch, in Zug, has eesel draft Freshdesk replies in German, French, English or Italian, whichever the customer wrote in, using the shop's macros first, with Swiss spelling in German. SamCart runs one eesel agent on Freshdesk tickets and another on its website chat, both from about 280 help center articles. And in regulated consumer finance, smava handled about 27,000 Zendesk tickets in a month, categorising each one and drafting replies word for word from approved macros.
Pricing is on the page: $299 a month for 500 credits, up to $1,749 for 5,000, with unlimited seats and 100 free credits to start. Try eesel on a week of your Freshdesk tickets before you book anyone's demo, including ours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Enterprise Bot any good?
For the buyer it is built for, yes. Enterprise Bot is a strong fit for regulated, multilingual contact centers that need voice automation, on-premise hosting or Genesys and NICE connectors, and its published results at SWICA and TransPennine Express back that up. I rate it 3.5/5 overall because pricing is quote-only and the public review base is small. My enterprise AI chatbot guide explains what to test in this category.
What do Enterprise Bot reviews say?
Enterprise Bot reviews are positive but thin: 4.7/5 from 13 reviews on G2, 4.5/5 from 10 on Capterra, and a 3.7 TrustScore from one Trustpilot review. Nine of the ten Capterra reviews were invited by the vendor in January 2022. Reviewers praise the project team and flag time-consuming bot training, a pattern you also see in my Kore.ai review.
How much does Enterprise Bot cost?
Enterprise Bot does not publish prices. There is no pricing page, G2 says pricing is not listed by the vendor, and Capterra shows "Get Price" with no free trial. The quote depends on channels, languages, hosting and integrations. I break it down in my Enterprise Bot pricing post.
Does Enterprise Bot work with Freshdesk?
There is an Enterprise Bot app on the Freshworks Marketplace, but it is version 1.0, published about five years ago, and installs by emailing the vendor rather than with a click. If you want AI inside Freshdesk today, compare it with a native Freshdesk AI agent or the eesel Freshdesk integration.
What is Enterprise Bot DocBrain?
DocBrain is Enterprise Bot's patent-pending technology for building a chatbot straight from your knowledge base, so you do not have to set up intents by hand. It pairs with LLMs like ChatGPT. It works much like retrieval-augmented generation, where the AI looks up your documents before answering.
Is Enterprise Bot better than Freddy AI?
They suit different buyers. Enterprise Bot is a contact center suite with voice, on-premise hosting and its own app on the Freshworks Marketplace, sold by quote. Freddy AI is built into Freshdesk with public prices. My Freddy AI review covers the native option in detail.
What are the best Enterprise Bot alternatives?
For voice-heavy contact centers, look at Kore.ai, Cognigy and Parloa. For email and chat on a helpdesk, Freddy AI and eesel are quicker to try. eesel joins Freshdesk or Zendesk, learns from past tickets and starts with 100 free credits. My list of Freshdesk AI alternatives has more options.
