Additionally, with over 800 customers relying on vfm's knowledge base to support their work, vfm has chosen eesel in order to provide this support in a timely manner and help link to their knowledge base articles directly. They are looking to create a 'self-serve' option for their customers.

vfm chose eesel AI for its simple widget setup and huge range of integration options. "We use the indexing of the sitemap and the simple integration of the chatbot as an iFrame on our site," David Kohr explains. By embedding the eesel chatbot inside of their webpage, vfm ensures ease of access to their knowledge by their employees and customers. vfm are also looking to increase and refine the knowledge they provide it so they can expand their usage.
