Subprocessors
Version 1.0, published 7 October 2026
These are the third parties that process customer data on eesel's behalf. Your data is handled under this same list whichever plan you are on.
When we add a subprocessor, this page gets a new version and the change feed below gets a dated entry. Customers with a signed agreement with us are also emailed at least 10 business days before a new subprocessor receives their data, and can object as their agreement sets out. To follow changes, subscribe to the RSS feed, or email hi@eesel.app to be told by email.

- Apps you connect yourself, such as Zendesk, Shopify or your own Slack, are not subprocessors. They are systems you chose, and eesel reads from and writes to them on your instruction.
Subprocessors that hold account and usage details only
These hold details about the people who use eesel and how it is used, such as sign-in details, billing and usage events. They do not receive the content you bring to eesel, such as tickets, conversations or documents.

Changes
Every version of this list, newest first. The same entries are in the RSS feed.
Version 1.0, 7 October 2026
First versioned list. Compared with the table in our Terms of Service (last updated 27 March 2026): added Microsoft Azure, Baseten, Together AI, Fireworks AI, DeepInfra, Typesafe AI, Pipedream, Slack, Google Analytics and Vercel's AI Gateway; removed Amplitude and Segment, which eesel no longer uses. Auth0, Stripe, Datadog, PostHog and Google Analytics are listed in their own table because they hold account and usage details, not your content.
